Counting threads, following repetitive patterns and focusing on the movement of the stitches can become a form of mindfulness that helps you disconnect from everyday stress.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A versatile and creative technique that you can later apply to all sorts of projects: cushions, tapestries, bags, clothing and other textile items.&#13;\nLanguage: Spanish<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div>&#13;\n&#13;\n<strong>Materials<\/strong>: Don\u2019t forget to bring your favourite scissors and thimbles.
