Belen will show you how to knit the stitches in both English and continental styles.
- Wool of two contrasting colors. Ideally one lighter and one darker. You can use wool of any thickness but, if you want to follow the coaster pattern, Belén recommends DK thickness.
- Circular needles at least 60 cm long, or double pointed needles 20 cm long. It is not possible to knit brioche stitch with straight needles. Needle size suitable for the thickness of the wool. For the coasters, Belén recommends 4 mm.
- 1 safety pin marker.
- Wool needle and scrap wool finer than you are using (for making lifelines).
