How do I redeem my Hola Barcelona Travel Card?
To redeem your Hola Barcelona Travel Card 24, 48, 72, 96 or 120 hours, you will need to go to one of the Tourist Offices listed below. You will need to bring a copy of your printed ticket (they will keep this copy) and a supporting document with the name of the ticket holder. For more information, visit the Hola Barcelona website.

- Airport, Terminal T1: Barcelona Airport. Monday to Friday: from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday: from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
- Airport, Terminal T2: Barcelona Airport. Monday to Saturday: from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm. Sundays, from 8:30 to 20:30h.
- Pl. Catalunya: Plaça de Catalunya, 17-S. Daily from 8:30 to 20:30h.
