When and where the 9th edition of Barcelona Knits will be held?
The 9th edition of Barcelona Knits will take place on November 14 and 15, 2026, at the World Trade Center, in Barcelona’s Port Vell. As in previous editions, we will have the presence of exhibitors and renowned sponsors, as well as the organization of workshops.
How can I buy tickets at the ticket office for Barcelona Knits, and what are the opening hours?
During the event, tickets for Barcelona Knits will be available to purchase at the ticket office, as well as tickets for the workshops, subject to availability:
Ticket office opening hours and access to the Auditorium:
- Saturday, 14 November, from 10.00 am to 7.30 pm
- Sunday, 15 November, from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm
Ticket office opening hours and access to the Ágora and Port Vell rooms:
- Saturday, 14 November from 14:00 to 19:30
- Sunday, 15 November from 10:00 to 16:30
With tickets purchased at the ticket office, you will have free access to the Auditorium during the event’s visiting hours. Even if you do not have a ticket, you can attend our sponsors’ presentations on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am. On Saturday, access to the Ágora and Port Vell rooms will be from 2:00 pm.
What are the visiting hours if I buy my ticket at the ticket office?
Opening hours for ticket purchases at the ticket office are:
Ticket office and access to the Auditorium:
- Saturday, 10am – 7.30pm
- Sunday, 10am – 4.30pm
Ticket office and access to the Ágora and Port Vell rooms:
- Saturday, 2 pm – 7.30 pm
- Sunday, 10 am – 4.30 pm
You will have free access to the Auditorium during the event’s visiting hours. Even if you do not have a ticket, you can attend our sponsors’ presentations on Saturday from 10 am
How do the ticket offices work?
There will be three ticket offices, one at the entrance to each venue: Ágora, Port Vell and the Auditorium.
At the ticket offices, you can collect your pre-booked ticket and/or workshop tickets. You must present your ticket with the QR code, either printed or on your mobile device, to exchange it for a personal, non-transferable wristband. Only one wristband will be issued per ticket and per person, even if you have purchased multiple tickets in a single transaction. You are not allowed to collect another person’s wristband.
Once your ticket has been validated, we will place the wristband on your wrist and you must keep it until the end of the event, as it will be required to access the venue. With it, you will be able to enter and leave any of the venues (Ágora, Port Vell and Auditorium) freely on the day specified on your ticket.
Please note that advance tickets grant exclusive access to all venues on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, subject to the capacity limits of the WTC Barcelona. Please be aware that queues may form outside, particularly on Saturday morning.
If you do not have an advance ticket, we recommend checking the ticket office opening hours to purchase tickets or register for workshops that still have places available.
What are the visiting hours for advance tickets?
The visiting hours for advance entry are:
- Saturday, 14 November, from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Sunday, 15 November, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
How can I get my advance ticket for Barcelona Knits?
You can buy your advance tickets online until 8 November or while stocks last. You can choose the type of ticket depending on the day of your visit: Saturday, Sunday, Sunday (reduced price), full weekend or workshops.
Please note that, to gain entry to Barcelona Knits, you must exchange your ticket for a personal, non-transferable wristband. Only one wristband will be issued per ticket and per person, even if you have purchased multiple tickets in a single transaction. You are not allowed to collect another person’s wristband.
The advance ticket grants exclusive access to all rooms on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, subject to the capacity limits of the WTC Barcelona. Please note that queues may form outside, particularly on Saturday morning.
I have an advance general admission ticket or for a workshop at Barcelona Knits, how can I get in?
Access to Barcelona Knits will be granted via an exclusive wristband for personal use only.
Once your ticket has been validated, we will place the wristband on your wrist and, in order to gain access, you must not remove it until the end of the event. It will allow you to enter and leave Barcelona Knits as many times as you like during the day your ticket is valid for.
Please remember that to gain access to Barcelona Knits, you must present your ticket with the QR code, either printed or on your mobile device. We will exchange your ticket for a personal, non-transferable wristband. Only one wristband will be issued per ticket and per person, even if you have purchased multiple tickets in a single transaction. You are not allowed to collect a wristband on behalf of another person.
You can exchange your general admission or workshop ticket at the ticket office, located at the World Trade Center Barcelona (Moll de Barcelona, s/n) during the event dates and opening hours.
You can also collect your wristband on the Friday before the event begins (Friday 13 November) at Lalanalú (c/ Martínez de la Rosa, number 71, 08012, Barcelona) from 11.00 to 20.00.

Can I pick up my wristband in advance?
If you wish, on Friday 13 November, you can exchange your pre-booked ticket for a wristband at Lalanalú (Carrer Martínez de la Rosa 71 – 08012, Barcelona). Once your ticket has been validated, we will place the wristband on your wrist and, in order to gain access, you must not remove it until the end of the event. It will allow you to enter and leave Barcelona Knits as many times as you like during the day your ticket is valid.

I haven't received my advance ticket, what can I do?
When you purchase a workshop or online ticket to Barcelona Knits, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive them within 48 hours of purchase, please check your email spam folder. If they are not there, please contact us at hello@barcelonaknits.com indicating your name and order number.
How can I attend one or more workshops?
Barcelona Knits offers a programme of workshops on crochet, knitting and textile techniques, led by renowned national and international designers. To take part in one or more workshops, you can view the programme by workshop and instructor and purchase your ticket in advance online via Entradium, an event ticketing platform. You can also purchase tickets for one or more workshops at the ticket office, subject to availability.
A ticket for one or more workshops includes a weekend pass for Barcelona Knits.
Can I attend the free talks in the Auditorium even if I don’t have a ticket?
Yes, anyone will have free access to the Auditorium during the event’s visiting hours. Even if you don’t have a ticket, you can attend our sponsors’ presentations on Saturday, before the ticket office opens.
Do children pay for admission?
Admission is free for children under 12 years of age. A document to prove the child’s age may be requested.
What are the payment methods at barcelonaknits.com?
In order for you to purchase your tickets online quickly, easily and securely, we collaborate with Entradium, a ticketing platform for events. We accept payment by debit and credit cards. At the box office, you can pay by credit card or cash.
Will there be a checkroom?
Yes, there will be a checkroom at Ágora Hall.

Can I exchange or return my general admission ticket or workshop ticket?
We do not accept refunds for advance tickets or workshops.
If you wish to change your workshop, please contact us by email at hello@barcelonaknits.com, stating your name and order number. Although we cannot guarantee it, we will do our best to reallocate your place to someone else or move you to another available workshop.
Who organizes Barcelona Knits?
Behind this event are three knitters with a passion for wool. We have pooled our experience, expertise and love of yarn to organise Barcelona’s first specialist wool fair: Anna Chao @misswasabi81, Eva Rodríguez @lalanalu, Kiara Bonini @lalanalu.
