The 9th edition of Barcelona Knits is almost upon us. Like us, you’re no doubt eagerly awaiting this event. To celebrate our shared passion for wool, we’re organising Saturday Yarn Fever.

It’s a very special evening at the WTC Barcelona itself, attended by exhibitors, workshop leaders and sponsors. And you!

We’d love to have all participants join us. However, capacity is limited and we only have 140 places available.

To the table!

After a day at the fair, what could be better than sitting down to a nice glass of wine whilst sharing your thoughts with your fellow yarn lovers and tablemates?

Ametller Origen has prepared a very special dinner for us, featuring an individual starter, main course and dessert. A set menu with vegetarian options and an open bar.

Why?

We’ve been preparing for Barcelona Knits for many months now, and we’re really looking forward to celebrating the first day of the festival with everyone who has made it possible.

When?

Saturday, 14 November, from 8 pm to 10.30 pm.

Ametller Origen WTC [location: Moll de Barcelona, 26, 08039 Barcelona]

When you arrive…

We’ll be waiting for you with open arms! As this is an exclusive event for Barcelona Knits, we’ll be using a QR code for entry. When you arrive at Ametller Origen WTC, we’ll give you a wristband so you can come and go as you please.

New this year: you can pre-select your seat when you book.

The tables will be shared, so if you’re coming on your own, it’ll be the perfect opportunity to meet and chat with knitters from all over the world who share the same passion! Fancy joining the party?

Dinner, yarn, wine and good company

We want to enjoy our passion for knitting in your company, just as we deserve: with a lovely dinner, plenty of fun and all things crochet.

Dinner will be served from 8.30 pm. You’ll get to meet the cream of the knitting world whilst enjoying an evening surrounded by the stars of Barcelona Knits. All you need to do is come along ready to have a good time and, if you fancy it, show off your latest project.

Saturday Yarn Fever:

We’ll have a very special guest to liven up the evening.

After dinner, we’ll open the dance floor in a reserved area within the venue itself, to celebrate the first day of Barcelona Knits in style.

You know the drill: plenty of rhythm, glitz, glamour, vintage vibes and guaranteed laughs.

And the menu?

You’ll love it. Ametller Origen WTC has put together a menu for us featuring an individual starter, main course and dessert, as well as vegetarian options.

Individual starter

Burrata salad on a bed of rocket, red pesto, capers and almonds.

Choice of main course

Chargrilled chicken thigh with roasted potatoes and onions.

Chargrilled salmon on a bed of hummus, served with couscous and vegetables.

Noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce.

Dessert

Tiramisu cake with pistachios.

Fresh fruit salad.

Drinks

Open bar from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm.

What about drinks?

From 8.30 pm, the bar service opens! You can enjoy the open bar during dinner and choose from water, wine, beer and soft drinks.

From 10.00 pm, drinks are at your own expense.
