What will the 5th edition of Barcelona Knits be like?

The 5th edition of Barcelona Knits will be held at the World Trade Center, in Barcelona’s Port Vell. It will be held on 5 and 6 November. As always we will have the presence of exhibitors, workshops and renowned sponsors. Click here to know the details of this edition.

Visiting hours for Barcelona Knits:

  • Saturday, 5 November from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, 6 November from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How can I get my advance ticket?

Advance tickets:

You can buy your advance tickets at a reduced price online from 4 July. You can choose the day of your visit: Saturday, Sunday or weekend. Remember that to access Barcelona Knits you must go to the ticket office to exchange your ticket for a non-transferable wristband. Reduced-price advance tickets do not have preferential access. Access will depend on the capacity of the fair, so it is possible that queues may form outdoors at some point.

Tickets at the box office:

You can buy your ticket at the ticket office on the day and time of the fair. Reduced-price advance tickets do not have preferential admission. There may be queues outdoors.

Do children pay for access?

No. Admission is free for children under 10 years of age. A document to prove the child’s age may be requested.

Tickets with Hola Barcelona:
Advance ticket / workshop + Hola Barcelona Travel Card

You can also buy your ticket in advance together with the Hola Barcelona Travel Card. This card allows you unlimited travel on public transport for 2 days (48 h), 3 days (72 h), 4 days (96 h) or 5 days (120 h) consecutively from the first validation. 

You can buy your ticket for 1 day (Saturday or Sunday) or weekend together with the Hola Barcelona Travel Card that best suits your needs. 

Choose the option that best suits your needs. You can pick up your pass at one of the following Barcelona Tourist Offices.

  • El Prat Airport (Terminals 1 and 2)
  • Plaça de Catalunya (Plaça de Catalunya, 17-S, 08002)
  • Mirador de Colom (Plaça del Portal de la Pau, s/n, 08002)

Access to the Fair:

Access to Barcelona Knits will be by an exclusive wristband for personal use. It will be handed out once the ticket has been validated at the ticket office, located at the World Trade Center Barcelona (Moll de Barcelona, s/n) during the days of the event and within its opening hours. 

 You can also pick up your wristband on the Friday before the start of the event (Friday 4 November) at Lalanalú (c/ Martínez de la Rosa, number 71, 08012, Barcelona) from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm.

To collect your wristband, you must present your ticket with the QR code printed or on your mobile device. The wristband will only be given to the ticket holder in person.

Once your ticket has been validated, we will put the wristband on your wrist and you will not be able to take it off until the end of the event to gain access. It will allow you to enter and leave Barcelona Knits as many times as you like on the day your ticket is valid.

 Capacity at WTC Barcelona is limited. There may be queues outdoors.

Reduced-price advance or workshop tickets do not have priority access to the venue. 

Can I pick up another visitor’s wristband?

No. The wristband is personal and non-transferable. Only one wristband will be issued per ticket and per person. The wristband will be placed on your wrist and you will not be able to remove it until the end of the event to gain access. It will allow you to access Barcelona Knits as many times as you want during the day it is valid. To collect your wristband, you must present your ticket with the QR code printed or on your mobile device.

How do I redeem my Hola Barcelona Travel Card?

To redeem your Hola Barcelona Travel Card 24, 48, 72, 96 or 120 hours, you will need to go to one of the three Tourist Offices listed below. You will need to bring a copy of your printed ticket (they will keep this copy) and a supporting document with the name of the ticket holder. For more information, visit the Hola Barcelona website.
