Casasol is a company affiliated to Filicor and specialized in the production and marketing of threads to DIY lovers. The story of this brand located in Gerona goes back to 1803, when it started to produce, by hand, threads, ropes and strings for shoe production.
Two centuries later , the sixth generation of CasaSol, has retrieved the threads from their origins to create high-quality yarns like Cotton Air. With the purpose of combining latest technology and the production process with tradition and the experience gained through-out their history, CasaSol has rediscovered the potential of linen, hemp, cotton and jute to satisfy even the most demanding knitters.

Candy Cotton

The combination of the finest combed Supreme cotton with one of the world’s most exclusive fibres results in an extraordinary yarn that is light and rich in nuance.
Its composition comprises 75% combed Supreme cotton and 25% Super Kid Mohair, sourced from the finest Angora goat fibre. A blend that stands out for its exceptional feel, its lightness and that delicate sheen characteristic of mohair.
