TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The seventh edition of Barcelona Knits is here!
The 8th edition of Barcelona Knits will be held on November 15 and 16 at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.
If you are an indie dyer, specialized publication or you produce accessories and want to exhibit and sell your products, we encourage you to participate in the next edition.
How and when?
The 8th edition of Barcelona Knits will be held on November 15 and 16 at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.

Stand A:
- 1,60m x 2m
Stand B:
- 2,30m x 2m
Stand C:
- 4m x 2m
WHAT IS INCLUDED AND PRICES
All stands include: logo on www.barcelonaknits.com/en with link to the brand’s website, photographs linked to the brand’s website, and publication on the fair’s Instagram account.
Stand A:
Dimensions: 1,60m x 2m.
Includes: 1m x 2m back panel, 1 table, 2 chairs, white tablecloth and light point.
Price: 429€ + VAT
Stand B:
Dimensions: 2,30m x 2m
Includes: back panel 2m x 2m, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 white tablecloths and light point
Price: 517€ + VAT
Stand C:
Dimensions: 4m x 2m
Includes: 2 back panels 2m x 2m, 3 tables, 4 chairs, 3 white tablecloths and light point
Price: 825€ + VAT
How to participate?
If you want to apply, please fill in the form with all your data. You have between March 1st and April 30th to submit your application.
Remember that only applications made through the contact form, available at the bottom of this page, will be valid.
What will be the selection criteria?
The selection criteria for each type of stand will be as follows:
- Category yarns:
Indie dyers with own and handmade production. The variety of products (different bases, compositions) that can be offered and the capacity to have the necessary stock to have product during the two days will be valued.
- Accessories category:
Accessories related to knitting/crochet: bags, bags, markers, buttons. Produced by hand.
- Publication category:
Own publications related to knitting and/or crochet, pattern magazines.
In all categories, the organisation will value the following aspects when selecting exhibitors:
- Social networks, quality product photography, website.
- If your products have been featured in any publication, tell us about it!
What can each type of stand sell?
- Yarns: the participating brand’s own yarns, accessories and merchandising.
- Accessories: knitting bowls, sewing bags, tote bags, notebooks, markers, buttons, measuring devices, merchandising, etc.
- Publishers / Designers: their publications, merchandising of the publication.
I am a shop, can I participate?
As in previous editions, the participation of shops is limited to those that have their own product and brand.
How will I know if my brand has been selected?
All brands that have applied will be notified of their selection by email.
Those that have been selected will receive instructions on how to formalise the collaboration contract.
